Sales & Account Manager Multi-Sport at SCOUTASTIC (all genders)

Your tasks

We at SCOUTASTIC are looking for a dedicated Sales & Account Manager (m/f/d) to help us establish our AI-based scouting platform across multiple sports. Are you a sports enthusiast with a strong understanding of professional sports structures beyond football, and do you enjoy shaping sales as well as building and expanding long-term customer relationships?   • Acquiring new customers and maintaining existing accounts in the areas of handball, basketball, ice hockey as well as further sports organisations and associations
  • Preparation of offers and contract negotiations with customers
  • Carrying out product demos and workshops to communicate the benefits of our software clearly and comprehensibly
  • Supporting customers throughout the entire contract period to maximise the benefits of the software
  • Working closely with our software developers to pass on sport-specific feedback from the market and continuously develop the platform further
  • Visiting customers and attending cross-sport events to represent our company and strategically expand our network

Your profile

  • You already have initial experience in sales, ideally in the software, IT or sports technology sector
  • You have a passion for sport and a strong understanding of the structures and challenges within professional handball, basketball and ice hockey
  • You are able to explain complex technical products in an understandable way and clearly communicate the benefits to the customer
  • You have no hesitation in approaching people and feel just as comfortable in new business acquisition as in the long-term support of existing customers
  • International willingness to travel, flexibility in terms of working hours and a valid driver's license (Class B) are required, as you will regularly attend customer visits and on-site events
  • Existing contacts with decision-makers at professional level in handball, basketball or ice hockey are desirable and will give you a distinct advantage
  • Language skills: English is required, additional languages are a plus
