- You identify potential customers through targeted market and industry research and successfully acquire them.
- You present and demonstrate the lector.ai platform – on-site or via video call – showing how AI solves real problems.
- You create proposals and manage the entire sales process through to handover to the project team.
- You proactively support existing customers and continuously grow the relationships.
- You help customers get the most out of the platform – from configuration to optimizing their document workflows.
- You channel customer feedback and market needs into the product team, ensuring our platform keeps getting better.
- You attend AI events and industry conferences and develop new customer outreach strategies together with marketing.
